Requested a refund for this disastrous order Order was confirmed to be delivered around 1.20 am. At 2 am I received a call to say the order was 5 minutes away. After 5 calls and the order finally arriving at 2.35 am, it was flat cold and went straight into the bin He driver apologised and told me a refund would be issued straight away. I have not received this yet …..

Order didn’t show even tho prearranged delivery 2 hours prior. Needed before 6.30 and was told by delivery driver he had left because of ‘no answer’ however he did not phone me or try to contact to say he had arrived.

The food was awful, doesn’t say weather you get chips or not with burgers so ordered extra chips for them to be wasted because it came with chips, chips was burnt, and the burgers tasted awful

I am a regular user of Pizza Time, since I discovered them almost 5yrs ago. They constantly deliver top quality food across the board. I honestly can't fault anything about them.

Awful service. Driver who was meant to start at 3 didnt come in, and they still took an order at 4pm which didn't come. Never informed us of this, until we called at 5pm, when they said we should cancel the order.

Was over 30 minutes late and order was missing items. When I rung up to see where the food was, they gave me no help and said it would be there in 15 minutes but I actually took 35minutes to arrive.
