I have to be honest with you, we did encounter some problems on Sunday because of the high volume of orders coming through within a short space of time-basically we got caught out and the standards suffered due to long waiting/delivery times. We will be ensuring that this never happens again. With regards to the Pizza being uncut, this is indeed our presentation style. I absolutely loved the food, it arrived early piping hot, the meatballs, mushroom risotto, pasta and pizzas where amazing, the Italian chips although hot and tasty enough where not what I was expecting from the description they where just two portions of chips so I wouldn't waste two starter options on these again but other than that couldn't fault this restaurant will absolutely order again in the future without hesitation...my compliments to all involved...thankyou for a lovely experience.

Really, really nice- it's tough to judge how good food is based off reviews but I'm glad that I trusted the ones on here. Really good quality, flavourful and authentic pizza. Only slight disappointment was the chippinos as the picture seems to show them with more cheese and herbs but the chips themselves were still good and the seasoning that was on there tasted really nice- sort of like a garlic salt. It was only a minor thing though and doesn't take away from the rest of the food at all. Would be very happy picking this place again!

Food was lovely, the only down side is the pizza was cold and had to re-heat it which then made it abit crispy. Other than that it was delicious.

I used to love this place, best authentic pizza you could get in Bury. The past few months its gone so bad: - they suddenly can't stretch pizza dough, literally a triangular small pizza the last three times I've ordered, its a pizzeria. - the loaded fries used to be the chunky chips you see in the picture, I was told since they got new chefs the menu have changed, the description and picture on just eat needs updating, its been months - the pizza is always greasy now, all the cheese slides off due to there being so much grease - they've changed their ingredients so its just basic takeaway pizza toppings I have told the staff these issues, sad its gone so bad. Delivery time is still great, communication if there's ever a delay and they never get order wrong.

The Italian dough making process will always lead to slightly different sizes and shapes but from the way you described your pizzas, we got it wrong. I would like to assure you that we continue to use only the finest ingredients, most of which are imported from Italy, We never have and never will compromise on ingredient quality. We open our new premises and facilities this weekend ans we are absolutely determined to provide the best and most authentic Italian food in Bury. I do hope you give us another chance to delight you. Really disappointed with the quality unfortunately the pasta had no taste or flavour to it whatsoever and the pizzas were very doughy and not really cooked through how you would expect with not very much cheese on top delivery lady was lovely but wouldn’t order again and I really hate to say that sorry guys

Lost count how many times I have ordered pizza now… Pizzeria Napoli is by far the best authentic pizza around The pizzas arrive hot, delivery drivers are very polite and all staff in house are a credit! Thank you guys.

The worst takeaway we have ever had. Sooo disappointed. The pasta was literally plain penne pasta with a few tomatoes. Garlic bread undercooked with zero garlic. Chippinos were actually burnt and black on the ends. I thought this place used to be really good, really disappointing.

Having investigated today to find out exactly what happened, I can assure you that all your points have been taken constructively and actions have been taken to ensure this could not happen again. Whilst some of it was down to human error, the pasta quality is different-our other pasta dishes receive the highest of compliments for freshness and taste so I have instructed the team to remove the one you chose from the menu until we develop a new recipe. excellent food as always pity that just eat has poor customer service, difficult to contact, I'm trying to find out about the stamps which I should have but just eat give people the run around make it difficult to complain, thankfully I've never needed to complain about Napoli as the food is excellent but the same can't be said about just eats customer service, needs Improving, a lot!

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time

Unfortunately the delivery guy had an RTC on the way to me. Got a phone call to inform me and said it would be about 20 minutes late arrived over an hour late and had left part of my order behind so had to wait a further 40 minutes for full order to arrive

I will not share the reasons with you as they might just sound like excuses-suffice to say-there will not be a future repeat as lessons have been learnt. I used to get pizzas here and the quality was amazing. Last two times I have ordered the size of the pizzas were ridiculous, like half of the size, and the dough is different too. I won't order here again.

I can assure you that there is never any intention to reduce the size-we aim for 12" and even though our dough making process means they will vary a little, there should never be a significant difference. Delivered right on time. I got the antipasti for 2 platter. It was outstanding, very high quality, and good portion size. The delivery guy was really polite, and friendly. Will be ordering again, without a doubt.
