Hi Stell, we’re really sorry to see you didn’t enjoy your food. Unfortunately the just eat driver didn’t arrive for a long time. We have all the times and photos to prove we prepared your meal on time. We prepare food fresh and keep it on a hot plate but they took much longer than they should have and that will effect quality. Please complain to just eat and they should compensate you. It is so frustrating for us as we want our food to arrive to you hot and fresh for you to enjoy. We hope you’ll give us another try some time.

Hi Sharon , we’re really sorry to see you didn’t receive your meal as it should have been. I can confirm it was cooked fresh and was hot when it was packed, we took a photo of it as it packed at 7.06 and it was collected shorty after. I don’t know what time it arrived to you. As for the potatoes I can only apologise. If you do order from us again please give us a call before or put a note on the delivery and we will add this item free of charge to your order and a dessert as way of apology. We had one item missing but foot was lovely, Mrs says the burrito was better than the one I pick up in London, looking forward to eating in the restaurant

Ordered my food and waited for over two hours for them to say that it’s been delivered when it hasn’t.

Hi Jason, sadly this was not the restaurant, it was the delivery driver that works for just eat. You have reviewed the restaurant, we sent the food so the just eat system will say the food has been delivered. Regardless I’m sorry you had this experience, I hope Just eat compensated you, it is so frustrating when these things happen. Hopefully you’ll give us another try 😊

Oh my days! Tried these guys at the castle concerts and have been rather to try them again… did not disappoint at all. Amazing! However will swerve the Cajun fries next time. Mouth still on fire!!!! LOL

We are as disappointed as you that sometimes using just eat drivers to deliver our food means we have no control. I’m sorry this happened for you.
