    estimated time changed at least twice and,even though apparently fresh, they wasn't hot

    Hi Kathleen, yes our food is home cooked, fresh and hot. Unfortunately when there is a shortage of drivers, from just eat, especially when the weather is bad like tonight and everyone wants deliveries. What happens is drivers accept an order, we are told to start cooking and then they cancel and we have to wait for another. There is nothing we can do. It has nothing to do with the restaurant, it is sadly the nature of delivery companies at times. Your review here is for us not them.

    Wrong order given originally. Food not good. Wish I' d had the order delivered originally.

    Hi Julie, we’re a bit confused here. We take photos of every order with the individual items so we can check back if there’s a mistake and I can confirm every item was there. It was hot & quick so should have arrived to you quickly and freshly prepared. If it didn’t and you received the wrong order than that is down to the Just Eat driver. And if they then returned your food id imagine it wouldn’t be as tasty by then as cold. If you’d like more info please contact us directly. Thankyou

    The delivery took 2hr 30 mins!! the food was nice though

    Hi Anna, unfortunately this is due to just eat drivers. We cook the food fresh and on time and we are as frustrated as you that they keep cancelling and don’t turn up. I am sorry you had to wait so long but you have given the restaurant a bad review when it is the just eat driver’s and we can’t do anything about it when it happens. I hope you’ll give us another try and glad you enjoyed the food.
