Delicious food, piping hot and so yummy! The delivery time is very misleading!

The delivery noted showed our food was delivered at 18.05 but didn’t turn up until 18.32. Food was cold/ Luke warm and tasted bad, very salty and burnt like. Didn’t even eat a quarter of it as it wasn’t warm enough and tasted bad. Massive waste. Why put food is delivered if it hasn’t been delivered and was 30 mins later than the ‘delivered’ time the restaurant put? I don’t get it. Put delivered when the food is actually delivered to the customer
