My order never arrived. Called the shop to enquire about it and asked for another order to be sent out to me. Was told this was not possible and that I have to contact Just Eat but I have to wait days for a refund and the money has been taken!

Thank you for your feedback! The order was packed 100% complete and left with a just eat approved courier. Once an order leave us we have no control and any issues need to be raised via just eat, Our shop staff have no access as explained via our phone call. I will raise a complaint with our just eat manager as your order was 100% fulfilled our end.
