Shocking said it’s been delivered when it hasn’t arrived

Hi , sorry to here that but that isnt due to our shop, that is drivers fault on the operations side. If you still havent recieved your order you will have to contact just eat to make an arrangement for a refund as like i said that is not down to us, as again and it happens to us alot, the order was taken from our shop by the delivery driver. thank you :)
