My order never arrived!! Estimated delivery time was changed 3 times, then order was updated to say delivery had been made at a time that hadn’t even been reached!!! Retailer confirmed order at his end still showed the initial expected collection time, yet had not been collected at all!!!

didn't hear door knocked and driver left with food Instead of leaving it at doorstep. he didn't take it back to the store either as I contacted the store and they said no one had returned with a delivery
