I had spoken with my colleagues in regards to your order and they stated everything was perfect prior to the collection, however, whilst carrying out your delivery the driver might dropped off your pouch and due to that it started dripping out, going forward we will make sure everything so it doesn't happen again, I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.
