Burnt wrap - yes really ! Sent avocado sandwich instead of cheese. Constant issues EVERY ORDER ! Regardless of which Pret store I order from. It’s a joke!!!! Zero refunds !!!! HAD ENOUGH !!!!

I have been given the wrong order, I’m not sure if it was because some items are available but I’m missing most of what I ordered. I asked for a pain au raisins, I don’t have that, I asked for the tuna baguettes I don’t have that, I wanted a five berry bowl and I have the mango smoothie thingy
