The iced latte was put in the bag with the hot food 1st problem and now the drink has spilled and the contents is swimming in my ham & cheese croissant and has now ruined my carpet by spilling out the bag. I’m so mad right now!

Every time I order from this Pret they get my order wrong. Today the cookie was missing and the coffee was marked as decaf (despite me not ordering decaf). The coffee also came without a straw and was not packaged correctly so leaked all over the bag.
