Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order through Just Eat, and the restaurant didn’t send one of the main items because it was ‘out of stock.’ What kind of excuse is that? No one even bothered to contact me to ask if I wanted a replacement or refund for the missing item. I paid for the service charge and delivery fee only to receive an incomplete order. Completely unprofessional from both Just Eat and the restaurant. This is unacceptable, and I will think twice before using this service again. Avoid if you want reliable service!
