Once again I got sent wrong items (meat instead of veggie sandwich I ordered and as a vegetarian I cannot eat the horrible dead animal thing they sent me and charged me for!) but also as usual too didn't get all my items. No £6.70 sandwich at all!

I did not receive the pigs in a blanket hot roll and the coffee was spilt out everywhere with only a quarter of a cup left and cold ! Also had to wait 45 minutes for that. So very disappointing

I did no get my order. I ordered at 2.30pm. I waited until 4.30pm. The system was updated at 4.45pm to say the order was delivered at 3.30pm but i have a screenshot to show that the status at 3.57pm shows the driver was still at the restaurant.

Disgusting, the food made me throw up, which I’ve never done before after having food from Pret, I think the food wasn’t prepared properly, don’t get the egg protein pot or the chicken and ceasar baguette, absolutely rank! I won’t be ordering from Pret ever again!!!!!!

I placed the order around 7.55am and was told delivery time would be between 8.20 and 8.40 am. The food eventually arrived at 8.56 am. This is not acceptable for such a small order.

Very annoyed! Item I ordered for lunch was missing as unavailable. Was available when I ordered and paid. Shop didn’t even call me to offer an alternative so now I have no lunch and have to go through the ordeal of processing a refund! Not happy! 😤
