More and more of the menu is ‘unavailable’ at this branch of Pret. I’ve mostly stopped ordering from them, which if it’s their aim then it’s working.

I called them before I ordered as I had ordered from somewhere else and was disappointed with how the coffee arrived. The person that answered said that the coffee would have a sealed lid. Well it didn’t and the coffee was half empty it had spilled out and ruined the croissant as well. This is the last time I order coffee.
