Whenever I order from Pret to be delivered with drinks I always have an issue with the drinks leaking. Today was worse as 2 hot drinks with holed lids, leaked so much it wet the other items so the cookie wasn’t eatable as it was soggy and both drinks had less than half of the coffee left, it also soaked the bottom of the couriers bag which luckily didn’t have another order in. I have been issued a refund but thought it would be useful if Pret used a better method of sealing the hot drinks that are being couriered.
