Order took way too long to arrive and arrived cold. When spoke to the restaurant to inform them, their first response was ‘we know’ and blamed Just Eat, didn’t attempt to refire the pizza after driver got there or anything like that.

Hi Graham, we honestly spoke to you and explained that you ordered through Just eat and they control your order, we prepared to just eat specifications we don’t have our own drivers and the driver who took really long to deliver (because he probably had 4-5 orders from different places in the same time) so your food arrived cold. As we explained you should contact Just eat not the restaurant as you ordered from them and you should have asked them to explain why the driver took that long .

The delivery driver did not come to my door and called me. I couldn’t hear him and didn’t really understand why he called. Just knock on the door and deliver like all the other delivery drivers. I always tip so I didn’t really understand why he called from the road
