Balti cuisine uses its own distinctive range of spices with a focus on fresh coriander & methi (Fenugreek), in a rich aromatic sauce made of onions and tomatoes. It is usually served in a cast iron Kashmiri pan known as a Balti. The strength of the dish can be prepared to suit your own taste. Accompanied by nan bread.
