I’m not sure who is at fault here as both blame each other. I ordered for me and my daughter, with a delivery time of 45 mins. After waiting 90 mins, I contacted to be told that the order had been cancelled by just eat and no payment had been made. I was told if I wanted the food, I would need to pay cash on delivery, which I agreed to. Food then arrived within about 10 mins and I paid cash. I have then checked my bank and the money has been paid to just eat. I have contacted just eat who say they never cancelled the order and cannot refund the money as it’s not their fault! So I have paid twice for a below average pizza

Ok but getting pricy. Alongside £3 delivery fee and £0.50 just eat fee this is getting expensive. Going out will give a much better quality.
