Order delivered 20 minutes after the later time. Restaurant not very helpful, no updates available. Good cold and not enjoyable by the time it arrived.

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the meal today, The food turned cold and was not in a just eat bag which keeps in the food hot. Poppadoms or broken into pieces, and There was only two pieces of chicken in one of the containers… ☹️

The price has somewhat changed since i last ordered the same dishes over 5.80 more . And it was only a month ago i placed last orders .however food still lovely

Not only was the food late and cold, restaurant failed to deliver my food and I had to go directly to the restaurant myself and collect the order therefore bypassing the point of ordering online with delivery.

Hi Raj of Blackdam. We use you guys a lot and have had many, many good experiences of takeaways with you. However, I am pretty shocked about the food from last night. The samosas were just grease triangles, no crunch or flavour. The tikka chewy, the curry watery and on the whole disappointing and tasteless. We are hoping we hit a bad night, because as I’ve said previously we’ve had a number of good experiences with you. But thought this, along with the disappointment warranted the feedback to enable improvements.

Curry was not spicy as advertised, lacked in general flavour. Onion bhajis and samosas were good though.
