Tawa is a very unique dish, a clash between bhuna and massala with its own special individual taste. Our Chef selects the very best herbs and spices which are cooked with marinated Chicken, Lamb or King Prawn, tomatoes, onion, green peppers and mushrooms. These are cooked in a special dish called a TAWA which is brought directly to the table and served hot 'n' sizzling. A very modern dish.

A truely majestic dish with special basmati rice treated together with chicken, prawn or vegetable in ghee butter with delicate spices & herbs served with fresh vegetable curry to add to the taste of the dish.
These dishes are prepared with fresh onions, tomatoes, capsicums and freshly ground spices including special balti paste and herbs, garnished with coriander in a medium strength sauce giving a true Midlands flavour.
