Chips were soggy as was the burger bun. Burger itself was very greasy and wrong drinks delivered, but the chicken wings and mac & cheese bites were good

I'm very annoyed I ordered the food at around 12:30 and the food didn't arrive untill 15:47 (over 3 hours later) I tried calling Relentless 3+ times to cancel my order. When the food was delivered I told the driver we no longer wanted the food as it was cold. I called them again and they were rude and said they can't give me a refund. I'm not happy at all.
