Hi Victoria thank you for your review we believe that the amount of chips we give as a portion satisfies most of our customers, I’m sorry you felt they were over cooked as we cook all our food to order and not only timed but visually checked also! salt and vinegar is not provided due to allergens but if you put on your order for this then we provide sachets to accommodate Regards Anthony
