The delivery itself was on time however just eat as a company was abysmal in locating someone to deliver and pushing my delivery time back was ridiculous and shouldn't be happening!!

Delivery driver called me to come downstairs, when I opened the door, no one was there, I checked my order status on the app, it says “delivered”. Got in touch with the support and refund was provided. After 30 min got a call from the driver saying that he’s downstairs waiting for me with the order. After 30 min that I requested the refund, I was not even home at that time.Such a bad service timing and lack of professionalism from the driver and the app itself. Very dissatisfied and disappointe
