Friday 17 January 2025The food took one hour and forty minutes to be delivered, to a location that was ten minutes drive away. The delivery time kept going back and when the food arrived it was cold and had to be microwaved to be edible.

Saturday 23 November 2024Ordered food to be delivered ASAP at 4.37pm - place opens at 4pm - estimated delivery between 5.30 - 5.50pm. Said it was delivered at 5.50pm. Wasn’t actually picked up from Romy’s until 6.12pm and delivered at 6.26pm. Not good.

Apologies for the late delivery, however I assume you looked out the window and noticed the weather conditions?
Rather than badly reviewing a small business, I think it would be much more beneficial if you had some compassion and took some consideration for the snowy conditions outside.
You were one of a many customers who's delivery would have been delayed due to the weather and high demand. Usually we deliver all food within 40min-1 hour. If you were a usual customer you would know this.
