Hey, we don’t do delivery service, you placed order through just eat,just eat driver does the delivery, we don’t have control over just eat drivers. Once they take the food from us our job is done, you need to have your phone handy , when they coming to you, you can track them , call them. If you don’t check your phone then it’s not our fault, you leave bad review for us . Why. We have to pay high commission plus you give us bad rating. Better come to shop to avoid situation like this.

Ordered a burger meal and only got the burger, no drink or chips or the extra pot of sauce I ordered. Do you not check your receipts or count items before sending .

Wednesday 04 September 2024Cod and chips meal with a drink. Turned up as half a cod and half a portion of chips. I didn’t actually mind the smaller portion size tbh. But the batter was spongy and there were no drinks. Tut tut.
