My food was ordered at around 11:30-11:45 for a 12:15 scheduled delivery. The food did not arrive until 13:33. When i questioned the driver on it he did not speak English properly so i could not understand a word he said. My food was also cold.

The food was cold when it arrived and the order came late. Not happy at all

Hi Alya, it's unfortunate this happened. We prepared the food in time and handed it to the JE driver. Unfortunately, we can't control any delays that may occur from the driver as a result of potential drop off to other customers or delays in traffic. Dont know why the burgers were cold considering it was delivered within time frame
