Incredibly cold pizza and cold inedible Calamari, utterly disappointing and very expensive.

For a £30 pizza expected so much more, or at least on time, I called the restaurant was hangup on and the pizza had barely any cheese or any toppings, even though I paid more extra toppings.

My pizza arrived stone cold. Not even lukewarm. The pizza is not sliced. HowSo I now have to eat cold pizza like a savage, tearing it to carve out slices! I had requested for cutlery, which didn’t arrive. I had requested for oregano and chilli flakes packets which you would think is simple and easy win, but apparently not. I am a tourist, traveling and here in my hotel room. Was so looking forward to a warm meal at the end of a hard day, but this is sheer disappointment and horrific experience!
