Paid 16.30 for a donner kebab that was like a a small portion of meat waited till half 3 in the morning will not be ordering fron here again how they are still open i will never no sych a bad shop and i advise peaople not to order

You have ordered a large doner kebab, and adding extra pittas, dips for the order which came to £16.31 including delivery for 8+ miles. We recommend yourself to order the X-LARGE donner kebab which already includes the extras you have added on your previous order. Our portions sizes are different depending on which one you are purchasing. We are the only store open till 6am and when getting your order around 2am, with 45-60 mins waiting time, is why you got your order at 3am. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, we will do better to meet your expectations on your next order.

When I called the restaurant, they were also very curt about my order. Offering no help other than 'its out for delivery'
Roysario Pizzeria replied Dear Customer, I apologise for any inconvenience caused but we have looked into your order and can confirm. You have placed your order through around 11:30 and took 15 mins over the delivery time given. You are situated roughly 9 miles (14km) from us. When the orders are placed out for delivery, it will take roughly 15-25 mins to deliver the orders, depending on the Area and Distance. We can apologise for the time it has taken to be delivered. Also, during these times are when the road works starts to go at full swing, and we try to deliver through alternative routes. On your next order, we will make sure to add an extra Garlic bread to accommodate this problem that was caused.

Ordered a cheesy chip wrap, the cheese wasn’t even melted throughly it was so dry and no flavour to it at all. Also ordered cheesy chips and bolognese the Bolognese was far to spicy to each no form of use of spice used in it is not listed at all. The chips were soggy due to the excessive amount of Bolognese and cheese used, the cheesy was like it was glued on top of the portion which made it have a rubbery taste to it. Normally order from here quiet frequently and have never really had problems ever from here but as of tonight and the poor food we received I doubt we’ll be ordering again…

5.50 delivery and woman can’t even come in the flats press a button on the lift and come to the door also pizza tasted like vinegar only good thing was it was on time

Pizza was disgusting meant to be margarita but it was something spicy didn't receive my garlic sauce with my kebab, kebab was burnt and pitta bread was very hard couldn't eat it won't be ordering again
