Saturday 27 April 2024On this occasion actual delivery was one additional hour on top of the latest estimate. We did get a voicemail from the kitchen explaining there was a mix up with the driver and when he did deliver he did apologise. But trying to contact the kitchen for an update was almost impossible. Food was good, we have ordered from here on many occasions without issue

Saturday 06 April 2024The food was more than 60 minutes late so I had to go and pick it up. I have therefore paid a delivery fee for food that wasn’t delivered and was far too late (and cold) by the time I got it home. Not to mention getting soaked between my car and the restaurant.

Hi Andy , when we tried to place a driver, you wanted to come and pick it up the order from the restaurant. you can request the delivery cost refund from JUST EAT.
