Food arrived 3 hours after it was ordered and cold, tried ringing multiple times and no answer.

Order was an hour late. I used the just eat order update request but got no response. Called restaurant several times and got no answer. Received a call from delivery driver and he was in a different town on a road with the same name as the road I live on. To top it all off the calzones are missing and because it is a meal deal I have no way of requesting a refund for the individual item. The delivery driver was at least apologetic

Order did not come, absolute joke. Refusing to give money back and said driver was stuck in traffic even tho order was never delivered.

both meals where missing yorkshire pudding and both had no gravy. chunks off meat and a couple of roast potatoes, not good enough. plus was freezing cold.
