I recently ordered at 6:53pm and I have to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting for nearly 2 hours my order finally arrived but by then the excitement had completely worn off. The lengthy wait made it difficult to enjoy the meal, I understand that busy evenings can lead to delays but this was excessive and certainly not what I expected. Unfortunately I can't say I will be placing an order again.

got alert via just eat to say delivery was on its way 30 minutes later food arrives cold contact Ruby's to get told my food should not be cold as it goes in special bags won't be ordering again
