Absolutely appalling experience with Rustico. Food wasn't delivered, yet I was refused a refund, and told I could only obtain one through Just Eat. The staff member was giggling while telling me all of this. I was lost for words. :(

The order has never arrived. Worse service. Once they cancelled my order after I made one, and now, 40 minutes after the designated time, it is just now show.

Only ordered 1 margarita pizza with an extra £2.50 mozzarella ball which was not on the pizza. Pizza was cold.

Excellent Pizza! So many places to get pizza in Lewes these days, Rustico has to be the best.
