Saturday 20 July 2024I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered matar paneer but what I received was chick pea with melted cheese. When I queried with the restaurant they said this is how they make matar paneer. I informed them matar is actually green peas and paneer is an Indian cheese, they refused to rectify the problem even though initially they said they would. Will not be ordering again from this restaurant. Very disappointed!

Hi as we explained this might be the case in places you have eaten but not in our place. We have served it like this for years and we are one of the oldest restaurants in Bexley. What you’re used to elsewhere doesn’t necessarily mean you will get the same in every restaurant. We cater to the British Standard and that is the benchmark. We can however adjust any dish upon request.

Friday 12 July 2024Food was nice but I’ve had better. It wasn’t greasy though and the popadom was nice and crispy. Mint sauce was too sweet and tikka masala was a bit too Smokey tasting for my liking. Saag paneer was very nice though.
