My key item was out of stock and they sent the driver before informing me - without substituting. Absolute nonsense! I refused the order. They say it’s delivered, but I didn’t stay to receive it. I want a refund!

Some of the key items I needed were successfully ordered, but then I was informed they were out of stock, I did get a refund for those but I needed the items. Another item just wasn’t delivered, I’m still waiting for the refund on that. I’m not a fan of this service I’m afraid. Can’t recommend.
