Really happy, it turned up earlier than estimated which was good as we had been given an hour eta. The food was delicious too, would have been hard pushed to have eaten better if we had eaten in the restaurant. Definitely will be ordering again... thank you.

Don’t know why this is one top restaurant in the Bloomsbury area as the food was not nice at all the nan was perfect but the food not taste at all.

My order had 1 missing item and 1 replacement that they did not ask me whether I wanted. I called the restaurant. The first person I spoke with disputed the fact that they sent me the wrong item despite my describing the food which was completely different in terms of materials. He passed on to his manager. He was polite and after some discussion offered to send back the two items (missing and replacement). 5 min later I received a different call. Apparently the food was sent from a branch closer to me. After reiterating what I told them initially he admitted that I was sent the egingnitem( Which actually had the name of the replacement item on the box followed by an asterisk underneath with the name of the item I had ordered). He apologised. I asked for a refund. He asked me to contact the app as they charge. He suggested that in future I order direct to them. I called them, the man was v polite and he rang the restaurant on my behalf. He was told that I had actually agreed to receive the replacement item. This restaurant has good food ( TBH not as good as in previous orders though) but very poor management. I can accept late delivery but spending >30 min with various different people and varying degrees of politeness in the phone trying out yo dirt out their mistake is unacceptable to me.

The main course was missing - the attitude of the restaurant stank - my options were to either walk down and collect it myself or wait an hour for it to arrive to enjoy with my congealed sides - avoid at all costs. Was a regular customer of this joke of a restaurant- never again - although felt sorry fir the poor driver who was really apologetic
