This order arrived over 4 hours after I ordered it. I contacted customer support who lied and told me the food was on its way two hours ago when it was not on the way, between ordering this and receiving it I ordered from another restaurant on another app and finished the meal. I will be making a formal complaint as the customer service agent very clearly lied to me and that is not the correct way to treat customers. I also expect a full refund as I did not even open the order

This has become our go to as food is always fresh and tasty but tonight’s order tasted like old reheated food that had been lying for hours and the spring rolls were soggy and like mush :-(
