my order was supposed to be delivered by 5pm but it literally got delivered at 5:50pm. this was totally disappointing as I was starving and there was no updates on the app stating where the driver was and his contact number. To top this, the food was COLD. I'm totally upset and disappointed

I placed this order for my grandparents, they live in a different town to us. They only told me now that I’ve come to see them that the food was completely different to what it said on the receipt of order. Which is very sad to hear as I placed this order for them as an anniversary meal.
