I would like a refund as the food was wrong and the burger I asked for only cheese and you put salad on it, the pizzas was burnt an taste like perfume I had to throw it in the bin

Burgers were very tasty as always. Disappointed with the cheesy garlic pizza bread. No garlic at all.

Chips looked like they had been warmed up. Certainly not cooked fresh. Neither was the pizza which had a rock hard base and thin toppings almost burnt. This was not as expected from this restaurant as we use it quite often. Really disappointed with this order.

Food awful, service even worse. Call call the restaurant to complain they handed over to Just Eat who even worse I wanted nothing to do with our complaint

Third order in a row where something I ordered has been substituted out for something else. The first time it happened I was at least given a phone call, but the last two times I wasn't which isn't a great experience. It's also not great to pay for something and have it substituted for something cheaper on the menu. Did I really pay £6.98 for 2x large fries (worth £4.98) because there is an apparent curly fry shortage? Every time I order the curly fries they're seemingly not available, so update the menu if they're no longer available, or order more bags of curly fries if they're so popular that you're always running out. It's not a good experience to not get exactly what you ordered. If this was a one time occurrence then fair enough, but this is the third time in a row. Sort it out.

I provided instructions. Dellivery driver was terrible. Called, asked for directions and didn't follow a single one of them. He stopped responding on the phone and ignored me. So I walked out to him to find that he didn't even attempt to get closer to the house. Burger meal: Burger was nice and hot, tasty too. Fries were cold, some of them, the fries are not worth the extra money for a meal price and no choice of can. Mixed kebab (naan): The meat was cold, and wasn't in the naan? It was wrapped around it like a wrap and not cut open with the meat inside? That baffled me. I'd love a refund for the kebab.
