Unfortunately sausage was under cooked, eggs way over cooked and taste of cheap butter, chips was under cooked and put of a clearly put of a packet, ham sandwich had a weird taste, the quality just wasn't there compared to the last order, sorry

Sorry to hear that All the sausages are cooked exactly the same. It really is a matter of preference. (Please add cooking preferences on your order) Usually, the chips are homemade, hand cut, but unfortunately, we'd sold out. We use utterly butterly. Always have. Not sure what the ham sandwich thing was. Comments taken on board Thank you :)

Sausages burnt - black and hard. Bacon all fat.

Sorry to hear this. The sausages are cooked to a set time. Some prefer less done than others. Bacon. Bacon is a fatty meat. For future, you can ask for the rind removed, and how well done you'd like your meats. 🙂

Your delivery drivers driving is horrendous. And the food is not worth the money charged at all. Will never order again .

Sorry to hear that. The delivery driver is provided by just eat, which we have no control over. The food and price, however, we do. We pride ourselves on top quality ingredients. Award winning butchers sausage Best Yorkshire bacon and black pudding Free range Yorkshire eggs Leeds bakery breadcakes.... Real spam. Our food is cheaper than maccys or bger kng. But so much better. I'm not sure what the problem could be??
