2 hours after ordering and over 30 mins after the courier was dispatched the food arrived cold and not fit for human consumption. For a regular customer the service was disgraceful.

I asked for mac and cheese ×2 and was given chicken nuggets and chips x2 which was for my grandchildren....whi do not like chicken nuggets!! no contact was made to ask if this was okay to change either!! disappointed!!!

Hi there you called the shop and I told you that the Mac and cheese is there they look like chicken nuggets but there Mac and cheese then you said oh yes sorry it is so please don’t put false feedback..
