Dear Customer Services, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an order that I placed through Just Eat, which has not arrived despite being marked as "delivered" on your website. Why is that? I have been charged yet no order has arrived.

the delivery man was complaining to me about how heavy the 3 bags were, he said I shouldn’t order this much, he said I ride a bicycle not a car. I thanked him and said to him the system allowed me to shop there wano weight limit, and if he was not happy with this delivery he should've told just eat or the shop, he said just eat told him not take it, but he decided to bring it anyway. the reason I'm writing all this is NOT to get him in any trouble but, you should atleast have weight limit.
