Food was poor. Onion bajee so dry I couldn’t eat it. Curry was flavourless and watery. Won’t use this restaurant again

Hi sir, we apologise for what has happened . Other stores the onion Baji are soggy or very oily. In our store we try our best to give onion baji with less oil which is healthy. If it would have been submerged in oil then it wont be dry but we don’t do it for customer demand and health wise. As for the curry , specially in takeaway the lid of the containers remains watery due to steam of the hot food. The curry is not watery rather it is the steam that vapours in the lid and falls on the dishes. Anyways if you would contact us immediately we would have sort it out as we recommend our customers to do that. Again sorry for inconvenience error looking for you again. Regards, SB Management

Restaurant confirmed delivery even though they’re driver had not even left the restaurant we had to wait a further 15 minutes after the max delivery time.

Hi miss, we apologise for what has happened. We will explain the situation. The location you provided is far away from our takeaway, it’s 20 min drive from store as you can check navigation. It’s the other side of Gravesend town centre. Moreover, it took 5-6 mins to find your house. Food preparation takes time as well. Additionally it was a Saturday night as well which is a very busy night. If the location was not that far you would have received it in time. We tried our level best to send your order in time but the location and everything we couldn’t make it . Anyways once again we apologise and see you in future ordering us again. Might have won an award, but over 2 hours for food. Shocking. Tried to call to cancel, no one answers. When I do get the order it’s lukewarm, not sure why I bothered. Will not be using again

Hi Mike , sorry for inconvenience error. We apologise for what has happened. When you placed the order, unfortunately two of our drivers car got broke down. As a result we cannot deliver the order on time. Also the weather was very cold . Usually this doesn’t happen. If you check other comments you will see customers happy with the food delivered pipping hot. Once we apologise and we will make sure this doesn’t happen again Regards, SB management
