Zero didn't even recieve order. Or call to say no delivery drivers

In addition to the order taking almost 2 hours to arrive, the burger was inedible owing to the fact that burger sauce was put on the burger despite specifically requesting no sauce as I have an allergy. This is the second time this has happened.

Better than last night, when my order was cancelled due to not having a driver. Don't accept orders if you don't have the staff

Appreciated, we are fully staffed. We do not have our own drivers and use the delivery platforms drivers. Due to the festive season it is them that are under staffed during this time. Thanks
