sausages were completely flavourless, bread was soggy and was extremely cold by the time it got to us. didn't even cut the sandwich in half. very poor

Food was tasty. just a shame it was only lukewarm. Same for my coffee.

I’m really sorry about the food being lukewarm. We try our best to make sure the food leaves the cafe piping hot. Unfortunately we can only keep it hot while it’s with us. Next time you order we will give you a complimentary drink as our apology.
