The food was cold. The chips were not nice and the batter round the chicken burger was hard and barely chewable

Burgers were outstanding! Really impressed with how good they are. Only 4 stars because the loaded fries were mediocre and lost most their heat. Probably would have been nicer if they arrived hot. Delivery time was fine maybe late by 10 mins but there’s definitely worse delivery times from other places and it was a Friday night so probably busy.

Order was left on accepted for 2 hours, when we finally got our food, it was freezing. Onion rings were soggy, buns were hard, chips were awful. Only thing that was right was the tins of coke.
