Tuesday 03 September 2024Ordered at 00:22, delivery time said 20-35 minutes before ordering, estimated delivery time said 1:00-1:20 after I’d ordered, wanted to cancel but there was no option to do so until after I’d received a message saying my delivery would be further delayed to 1:25-1:45. When I tried to cancel it said I would not be refunded because my order had been started, which I was unaware of as it hadn’t been updated. Order finally turned up at 1:48, almost an hour and a half after I put my order in.
