Saturday 14 December 2024The food was sent to the wrong address meaning when it finally did turn up, everything was cold. The special offer doesn’t come with donner meat even though it says it does. Meaning I paid £1.50 extra for a standard chicken burger meal. This could have been avoided with a phone call from the restaurant before the food was prepared but instead they told me at the door. Very much doubt I’ll be ordering from here again.

The food was delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, and given that steam was coming out of the bag upon delivery, we’re quite surprised by your claim that it was cold.
As for your decision not to order from us again, that is entirely up to you. We always aim to provide the best service and food quality, and we regret that your experience didn’t reflect this.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we noticed that your order included pizza and milkshakes as well. Were they also “dry”? We take great care in preparing all our dishes to the highest standards, and it’s unusual to receive such comments.

Saturday 07 December 2024Loaded box 2 was good value and nice food but the fries were undercooked. Pizzas were good but I prefer more base sauce (tomato and bbq in our case)
