Food was not delivered. No food received.

Delivery driver was told at the address that no food was ordered. Tried to call you 3 times and phone was off. Very little we could do as driver had other deliveries to do and couldn’t hang around any longer than he had already.

Ordered veggie kids sausage and beans arrived with meat sausages! and the wrap ordered didn’t have black pudding

The Beans were missing on both breakfasts, and the 2 cups of tea were missing from the cream teas - i’ve submitted a complaint, but had to select the whole dish being missing as there was no option to say which aspect of the dish was missing. Also my toast was cold due to inadequate wrapping (unlike the breakfast which was lovely and hot, wrapped in foil)
