Saturday 07 December 2024order nearly 1 hour late and was cold. Tried to report late 3 times on line through app and had no response. After 4 attempts of calling the restaurant I spoke to a member of staff at the restaurant they only had 1 driver. I understand that this made issues but they should not commit to delivering if they cannot deliver a hot meal. I have accepted £5.83 credit but really that is nothing when most of our dinner went in the bin. Very unhappy
