    My order said delivered and I never received it. Called the restaurant they were not helpful at all!! Never order from them again!

    I am sorry to hear that because the restaurant have not any contact or any connection with a drivers the drivers partner with Just Eat They have their own Driver so we cannot call them from the restaurant. Thanks

    4 hours is ridiculous. Slamburger is about 15 minutes away from my house yet even after calling twice they still couldnt get my order. I still havent received it and should receive a full refund please.

    “SLAMBURGER does not have its own delivery drivers. For issues with delivery, please direct your complaints to Just Eat, not to SLAMBURGER. The one-star rating is for something beyond our control. Although we understand the frustration given your location is only 15 minutes away, delivery timing is not managed by us. Thank you for understanding!”
