On the justeat website it said that the milkshakes were available yet 30 mins later I got a call saying they weren’t and haven’t been all day. Afterwards the food arrived cold as well as small and not what it is like in the restaurant.

delivery driver arrived and went everywhere except to the front door of the property (could see him doing this from window despite calling me and my telling him there is a black door at the front of house. the driver also came to the door with my food exposed to the cold winds and NOT in the (branded) heat bags. my food, which you charged me nearly £29 for was stone cold, which is unacceptable.
